Shipping policy
We process orders quickly, and most will ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Fairhaven Mill is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage that occurs while the shipment is in transit, including delays caused by weather, natural events, or carrier service disruptions. If an issue arises after your order has shipped, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for support.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Please keep in mind that shipping times may be longer during the holiday season or during periods of severe weather due to increased carrier volume and conditions beyond our control. We recommend placing orders early if you need them by a specific date.
