Our unhulled whole Buckwheat is the seed of a flowering plant related to rhubarb. It is a versatile ingredient that is popular in porridge, soba noodles, pilaf, kasha, biscuits, blinis, flatbreads, hotcakes, and soups. When milled Buckwheat should be combined with strong gluten content flours to provide structure, texture and flavor when baking rising breads.
