As we welcome the first day of 2026, we wanted to take a moment to pause and say thank you.

2025 was an incredible year here at Fairhaven Mill. We continued doing what we care about most, milling high-quality, organic flour with simple, clean ingredients and a deep respect for the grain itself. We were especially proud to introduce our first-ever specialty blend, Skagit Forge T85 Bread Flour. Seeing it find a place in your kitchens and bakeries reminded us why we do this work in the first place.

Behind the scenes, we spent much of this year refining and improving. From production to packaging to the many small processes you never see, we’re always looking for ways to do things better, more thoughtfully, and with care. That same commitment to quality and whole grain integrity continues to guide us as we look ahead. As we move into the coming year, we’re excited to build on that foundation with new ideas, continued improvements, and a few things we can’t wait to share as 2026 unfolds.

None of this would be possible without the farmers who grow our grain. We’re incredibly grateful to work with Washington farmers who are committed to organic practices and growing high-quality grains. Their care and dedication show up in every bag of flour we mill, and we’re proud to support local agriculture rooted in respect for the land and what it produces.

Most importantly, thank you to you, our customers. Whether you bake every day or just a few times a year, whether you buy one bag or many, your support is the reason Fairhaven Mill continues year after year. Every order, every kind message, every loaf you share reminds us that this work matters. We truly could not do this without you!

We would also be remiss not to thank our small but hardworking team here at Fairhaven Mill. Their care, consistency, and pride in the work help ensure that every bag leaving our mill reflects the standards we hold ourselves to.

Looking ahead to 2026, we are excited. We have new ideas taking shape, improvements in motion, and more to share as the year unfolds. What will not change is our commitment to organic, whole-grain flours made with clean ingredients and a whole lot of care.
