NEW - Skagit Forge T85 Bread Flour

Skagit Forge T85 is a specialty flour blend made from organic hard red winter and hard red spring wheat. Designed for artisan baking, this flour strikes a balance between the strength of white flour and the depth of whole grain. It is milled to a medium extraction, with more of the bran and germ retained for added flavor, color, and nutrition.

Skagit Forge T85 offers excellent structure and fermentation tolerance. Bakers have found that it proofs well, produces a soft crumb, and has a mild, approachable flavor that works across a wide range of applications. This flour is well-suited for sourdough, rustic European-style loaves, American breads, and even laminated or enriched doughs.
