Blue Corn, Whole (25 lb bag)

Blue flint corn with a medium to dark blue color. Carrying a nuttier taste than yellow corn, the soft starch content of blue corn makes for an excellent ground flour used to produce tortillas, chips, and masa. Blue corn is a good source of protein, dietary fibers, and has a lower glycemic index than yellow or white corn varieties. Our blue corn is a variety known as Flint corn and is not usable as a popcorn.
